How limits work
We count when you save or lock a sell price, and when you make certain PDFs. Logging a sale is not what Apprentice meters the same way. Read the Resets? column in the table.
Total sell prices ever on Apprentice. At 15 total, Studio keeps your pricing open. The lifetime count does not reset.
A rolling window, not a monthly quota (for example the last 30 days of sales history on Apprentice).
Included or not for your tier (for example sales channels, or export for your accountant).

What if I delete a piece?
Some limits reset each month. Your lifetime sell-price count on Apprentice does not. Each time you save, lock, or export a sell price, it counts once. Deleting the piece later does not give that slot back.
- Sell prices (monthly and lifetime): save with a sell price, or lock a published price. Each counts once. Deleting will not free the slot.
- Client quote PDFs: 2 per month on Apprentice, separate from the 5 sell prices. Deleting will not reset the count.
- After 5 sell prices this month (or 15 lifetime), sell prices on screen pause until you upgrade or the next month. Your material and hour costs stay visible.
- Price list PDF on Apprentice: 1 per month, max 10 pieces, with a Powered by Alloy & Ledger footer.
