About Alloy & Ledger

A plain overview of what Alloy & Ledger is, who it is for, and how it is meant to be used.

Our story

Built so he could leave the notebook and the late Excel night

The point was never to pull a maker off the bench. It was to make pricing simple enough to trust, flexible enough to change, and calm enough to use the night before a show.

What it is

Alloy & Ledger is a web app for independent jewellery studios. It helps you turn materials and hours into a sell price, build photo price lists and quotations, keep stock from supplier invoices, and record sales from your phone or browser.

Each studio is private to its own account.

Who it is for

Solo jewellers and small ateliers who still price by hand and second-guess the number.

It is not generic accounting software. Costs stay editable. You can keep working and reconcile stock when you are calm.

Where it is based

Built with Swiss studios in mind. CHF is the default currency; EUR and USD are available.

The site and app are in English and French.

Problems it solves

Forgetting what metal cost. Rushing a price list before a show. Quoting a similar piece on the floor. Logging a sale before you forget.

Scanning a supplier invoice so stock is ready when you make the next piece.

Mobile and desktop

On your phone: price, quote, scan invoices, check stock, log a sale.

In the browser: the full studio when you need the wider view. One account, in sync.
